Sir/ma'am, as doctors saying I am suffering from ocd problem (not able to overcome on one concept) from last 2 year. My mood upset ever time and for recovery I use bed for sleep. Almost from last 2 years my daily routine has been very bad. But from last 2 days I am doing meditation or deep relaxation. And my problem has been increased. My mood becomes too much upset. So I wants to know that is meditation or relaxation or hypnotherapy could be harmful for me? If no that in what type of disorder could be?
