Hello doctor, my mom is in pain she is 45 years old, and actually pain in shoulder to hand without any problem so what is this what should I do for my mom, she has sugar problem also, plzzz help me what should I do?

Apply hot pack Use thin pillow while sleeping Avoid lying on the painful side while sleeping Do neck & shoulder stretching Shoulder shrugs Avoid lifting heavy weight Do pendular shoulder exercise- take initially half kg weight in the affected side hand, bend forward & move arm in circular motion, clockwise & anticlockwise

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.
