Please note that doing weight lifting is no measure to built muscle. You need to do the exact workout which you require and this is going to help you. I personally do not suggest any food supplement to you Instead ask you to take food every 2-3 hours interval as long as you are awake - with whatever is handy to you. there is no need in extra suppliments . try to consume a very nutricious diet ..as u r a veg . plz involve lot of sprouts,dals milk ghee and dry fruits ...banana,and all the seasonal fruits which will increase ur muscular strength.more.
