I get muscular cramps all over my body whenever I stretch a little more than normal to do any activity pertaining to that muscle. I play badminton every day for an hour and a half. Also prefer to walk and climb stairs every time. What is the solution?

Keep yourself well hydrated. Take 2-3 LTS of plain water, limewater with salt and sugar. Coconut water. Get your HB and blood sugar checked. Take tablet Evion LC once daily for 30 days. Add fresh fruits and salads to your diet. Come back after 30 days, if no improvement.
