Its good to think but too much thinking and confusion is not good for your mental as well as physical health. Meditation will help you to learn how to release thoughts. Jut spend 15 to 20 min meditating every morning. Some yoga therapy is also helpful if you can do. Practice daily some breathing yoga like anulaom volom, bhramari. Go for outdoor activity it will help you more because it distracts your thoughts in other way and it improves your health and mind. Paly football, Cricket, Badminton which outdoor games you like most. Thanx
