I don't ever feel hungry but I want to eat. I eat every 3 + hours and sometimes I don't even feel hungry but I know I have to feed my body and I do even if I'm not hungry because how else will my body function properly without the food it needs. Will I gain more weight/body fat if I do this?

Yes, it may lead to improper digestion of food and may result in weight gain or git complications. Our diet should be a balanced diet taken at proper and regular intervals. Both excess and lack of food is harmful.

Hello, You need to listen to your body signals and respect them. Brain has its own coordination to give away signals when you are hungry/full. By force feeding you might develop problems with digestion, weight and imbalances of various nutrients. Take care. And eat only when you are genuinely hungry.
