Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Drink more water in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
