Hi My report 58 F: Hb 10.7, RBC 3.43, PCV 32.8, MCV 96, MCH 31.3, MCHC 32.7, Platelet 2.0, WBC 4.6, Neutrophil 63, Lymphocyte 34, Monocyte 1, Eosinophil 2, Basophil 0, ESR 50. Smear Report: "RBC: Mild hypochorimic. Platelet: Adequate. Serum Ferritin 100ng/ml, B12 894 pg/ml, Folate 12.3 ng/ml. What caused the anemia?

Its iron deficiency anaemia. Include food which are rich in iron in your regular meals. Such foods include: dark green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery, raisins, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc. Increase your intake of vitamin C rich foods such as berries, sweet lime, orange, etc. Vitamin C help is increasing absorption rate of iron in body.
