Hello, Pls follow regular routine including right diet and exercise. Consume chicken, meat,egg, milk,paneer, tofu,yogurt, sprouts,etc Drink plenty of water, Take small meals with snacks. For preparing diet chart I need more information from you ,so pls consult me privately. Thanku.
