Hi doctor I am a south indian girl I will do not eat salad or other diet foods but I have loss weight 35 kgs in a 6 months so my diet is this type of foods. Per day 3 Letters of water Nuts to snack, carrot Ragiball, chapathi,2cup of rice for meals A boul of corn flacks I completely avoid sugar banana, apple,and some vegetables Walking for 1 hour So this is my foods per day so this is ok or not please suggest me correctly please please.

You have to focus your diet plan such that your weight and various requirements of body should be in balanced state ,do some exercise and yoga regularly, take sleep of atleast 7 hours ,drink 4-5 litres of water per day, avoid junk foods, fried food, coke,ghee ,butter ,avoid sweet items, include in your diet more fiber containing food as it digests slowly ,focus on eating green salad ,fruits, curd ,dallia, jowar,maize, bajra, whole legumes, sprouts,instead of eating food at a time ,take it in partwise. I think u should add some milk and dairy products as well. And besides simply walking, do some stretches and resistance training to improve overall muscle strength and tone.
