Hi Doctor. I am over weight by 15 kgs. I have craving for sweet's. I am 50 yrs. No health problems. After lunch I am feeling sleepy. Sleeps for 1 hr. Is it good or bad. Please suggest any medicine for my craving and sleep. Thanks.

Don't get involved in medication for your cravings by anybody's advise as this can harm your otherwise healthy body your sleeping and cravings are habits formed over a period of Long time you have yo change them with strict self discipline if you want yo otherwise a little nap in the afternoon for about half an hour is not bad but don't sleep immediately after lunch keep a GAP of atleast one hour before you do that.
