I am continuously losing my weight from 68 jg to 60 kg I do not find any reason why my weight ia decreasing. Will you suggest me how I gain weight. Thats why I feel weak always and low pressure.

Please get your thyroid checked. And to gain weight increase your calorie consumption. You will need atleast 2200-2500 calorie diet.
