Avoid deep fried food.Take high fiber diet like oatmeals,friuts like apple,mausambhi in morning. Eat 100 gm salad in mid noon and 2 chapati with seasonal sabji and curd in lunch.Take green tea of ginger tulsi flavour and 2 chapati with daal,pudina chatni in dinner.Drink plenty of water daily and do brisk walking and yoga.
