I am 21 years old. I am physically very thin and weak even after consulting many docs. And I had vitamins a lot since childhood like cinkara, polybion, a-z, etc. Prescription after prescription but it doesn't change. I did many blood test and many check up. No sigh of disease. My appetite is good now. I usually has bad night but for now it is still good. I need advice on these. Yesterday, after I gave my description one number call me but I didn't pick up cause I prefer text since I am not sure whether it's for free or not.

To maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
