Before one month I did headstand. During headstand I got shoulder injury or pain also. I did lot of shoulder exercises but this pain relief at the certain time. When I throw the ball this pain again occurs. I am also applying ice bag on the shoulder. So please tell me what can I do to relief the shoulder pain as well as injuries.

It may be because of injury to long head of biceps tendon, called as SLAP lesion. This causes pain while throwing. Other thing may be micro instability of shoulder. Do Rotator cuff strengthening exercises and scapular stabilisation exercises. If pain doesn't settle, then MRI will be required.

Start with Physiotherapy treatment. Give complete rest to shoulder. Learn exercises from Physiotherapist. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and methylcobalmine supplement for one month.
