I am taking sufficient food daily. 1boiled egg in the morning and 3 bananas daily after food. But my body improvement is less. I am running 2 kms daily. My health is good. But my body is likely to visible weak but I am strength. What should I do to increase body. Please give simple tricks. I am from middle class family. I can't spend huge money for it. My weight is 63 kg and height is 6 ft. I am 22 years old.
