I am 35 years old male, living alone in a two stories building which is 30 years old and very sound Eco effected and the neighbor empty house has suicide and murder case and my building is affected three time robbery. I usually feel that someone or something is moving on the stairs or empty room of roof or in the room. I tried to see but nothing. It comes to worse at the night in sleeping time. I can't close my eyes more than half an hour, automatically my eyes become disclosed for fear as someone is noticing and waiting for chance and the heartbeat get high speed this is continue till at dawn. I became sick. I tries to control my self but fail this is pressure to my head and I became angry with me. I feel I will become mental. Please help me by giving some bold advice.
