I am 26 years old and I want to prevent hair loss and graying/whitening bt I do not know which shampoo / soap and which oil to be use without any disadvantage and side effects. Currently I am using dettol soap for body and head as well. Please suggest any soap/ shampoo and oil for hairs. My hair are too much light I want to thickening my hair.
