Hi, I have dust allergy as well as cold and flue. Suddenly than ya garam se mujhe cold ho jaye hai AUR cheenke same lagti hai AUR kareeb 15 min me more than 25 cheenke as jati hai nose stop ho jati hai. And if I took cetrizine it immediately works but I don't want take it regularly. Please suggest.
