For gas problem in pregnancy eat frequent small meals,avoid prolonged fasting,avoid excessive coffee,tea,spicy food.Do not lie down immediately after food.Take plenty of fluids.Walk a lot.Tab.Ranitidine is safe to take if acidity is more.
