I am having fat on my shoulder and chest and how should I get rid it ,as it is causing so much pain.

Start taking Aloevera juice daily two times empty stomach with water. Drink plenty of water daily atleast 2 L. Do shoulder rotation exercises clock wise and anti clockwise. Do practise SUKSHAM VYAAM. Its a type of yoga specially recommended for loosing fat from shoulders. Do oil message with TIL tail followed by fomentation to reduce pain to much extent.
