I am a 46 year old regular (4 days a week) weight resistance training lover. I have been lifting heavy weights over the past 20 years. But over the past 8 years I have observed that I get too tired (or say loss of stamina) quickly and have to take long rest periods between sets to recover. My body weight has been stable over the past 8-10 years. I want to loose fat but stay bulky with heavy muscles. Though all these years I have stayed away from any drugs or steroids I strongly feel the urge to start taking either deca durabolin or testesterone injections to boost my stamina and lost libido. I promise that I won't abuse or overuse them. But at the same time I am not aware how much qty, frequency or cycle should be taken and which one would be better deca durabolin or testesterone. What is the best time to use them?

Dear , what do you exactly want to know? how to use steroids or how to increase stamina and lose weight? for the first part in my opinion it is a strict no to any kind of steroids. Steroids are extremely harmful in the long run. Please read about iatrogenic cushing syndrome to understand what future you are staring at. Secondly since you do gymming regularly you must know that there are two kind of muscle fibres the red fires and white fibres. Similarly there are two types of exercises resistance training and aerobic exercise. Resistance training exercises the red fibres and it will give you strength and bulk aerobic training like swimming cycling and long runs will train your white muscle fibres and give you stamina. Ideally a good exercise regimen should be a balance of the two. Lastly about the weight issue. Do you eat chicken. When you wash the raw chicken have you noticed how the fat floats and the muscle sinks. That is muscle is heavier than fat so your weight is not because of the fat buy because of the muscle. However it is better that you can get your fat %analysed to determine the exact value. Hope that this will help.
