I am not able to gain weight. My weight is 57 kg and it varies from 56-58. This weight is constant from last many years. And one more thing m feeling tired and weakness many times. And I feel like sleepy many times in a day as well.

Do exercise ,Take meal 2 hrs before sleep. Increase fat and protein in diet. Take fruits and salad in diet take milk before sleep.
