I am 24 years old and suffer vigorously through gastric problems. I gave up eating rich or outside food. But I don't know why my potty has become very hard. I am getting the pressure of having a potty but as soon as I am sitting the potty is too hard to come out if it comes out it's very less so again I am entangled with the gastric problem. Yes my assumption of water was poor but now I drink more water but I don't get any result. Is it something very serious? I am worried. Please help me as soon as possible. I am presently under homeopathy treatment.
