Low heamoglobin is not directly linked with acne problem. But yes under nourishment, low heamoglobin levels, contribute in making it infectious. Teens normaly have acne due to harmonal changes in body specially sex harmones, skin becomes sticky and oily due to over production of sebum from sebaceous glands present in skin. To prevent acnes from infection keep your skin clean, use mild herbal face wash 2-3 times for face wash, avoid fast foods, take regular home made meals, sleep well for 7-8 hours in night, do regular exercise. And last but not least keep cool stress always aggravates acne problem.
