I am 25 years old Male. This is a personal question about related to my private part (penis). I have been masturbating for quite some years and never had an intercourse. My size of the penis is quite large and sometimes it becomes loose and the sperm counts are less compared to a normal person. Please suggest if I can live a healthy sex life? If there is anything could do to get my penis stiff (hard) with more sperm counts? Also, it's slightly bent towards the right side and does not get straight. Let me know if that won't be any problem? If this something not serious. Please suggest. Thanks!

You have long penis are still worried ??? Anyway just remember that , if your desires are good the erection too will be good. Bending can be there as this is muscular organ, & does not have have bone into it. It makes no difference. Relaxxxx. . I believe you are wearing underwear round the clock. It is not right. This could be one reason for fall of sperm counts. DO NOT WEAR UNDERWEAR AT NIGHT AND ON HOLIDAYS. Take bath with cold water and your trousers should be loose to wear around hip and scrotum area. Also whenever you go to have sperm check then prior to it, at least 3-4 days of absence from sex or masturbation is mandatory. About good diet - Fresh fruits and Fresh Vegetables with one hour of brisk walk in morning is mandatory. Do these and slowly sperm count to some extend may be better.
