Hello I delivered a 2nd baby through c sec after dat I hv lot of back pain as well as my tummy h's grown vry big please tell wt to do.

back strengthening and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
