Hi I'm Abdul Hameed . My question is what do I do to get stamina and strength as in since past few months all the time I feel weak, tired, lazy and very low with body and headache. My routine is I work for an MNC (night shifts). I eat and sleep enough. Please suggest me some to gain back my strength and stamina.

You should take complete balanced nutritious diet rich in protein & necessary vitamins. And if you are doing night shifts then take proper rest and sleep during day time.
