For body building & increase in height, you can do bar hanging, wall stretch, rope skipping, playing basketball. But at the same time you need to have a balanced diet with good quality protein like, milk, curd, channa, nutrella, tofu, egg, chicken, fatty fish, cereal-pulse combinations (premix). Include dry dates, white sesame seeds (til), spinach, soyabean, ragi (medua), poppy seeds (posto) as well for calcium. Expose yourself to sunlight daily for 10 mins between 12-2 pm with hands & legs fully uncovered. For body building squats & bench press are good options.
