Hello what all fibre rich foods I can take at morning snack like at 10 am ? Evening I take roasted kala chana n green tea but as morning snack I dnt tak anything I have less fibre intake my weight is 84 kg.

Your weight seems to be on higher side. Take triphala pwder, 1 tsf in half a glass of hot water a bed time regualarly. You can take apple, papaya, guava, peach in your snakes.
