I remove my wisdom tooth but after 2 days I have Numbness in my tongue is that any complication Behind this what's the treatment how long the time will take to recover from the last 20 days of removing the wisdom tooth its not quite regular but on or off only small space of the tongue.

Hi lybrate-user! the reason behind the numbness is damage to the nerve carrying sensation from the tongue. The time for recovery depends on the extent of damge to the nerve. Shoud recover by 6 months or so. If directly traumatised: it may not recover completely even after 6 months.

this is called lingual nerve parasthesia.some times it happens accidentally due to injury in lingual nerve while extraction of wisdom tooth.this is a temporary disorder and it's cure can take up to 6 months.
