Hello doctor, I am 28 years old male, I am 67 kgs of weight and 5'8" of height. I look lean and thin day by day as my weight also came down to 67 kg from 73 kgs. So could you suggest me a right nutrition and food diet in order to gain muscle strength and some weight to my body. I am vegetarian.
