Sir I have constipation problem very much. I have gastric problem also. How I can recover from these? I have also digestive problem. Sometimes I feel that my stomach is to be affected with flatulence and I have a burning sensation in the stomach sometime. It is so much affected my studies. So sir how can I recover from these problem.
