Doing yoga taking food or doing yoga with out taking food. Which is right & preferable ? please tell me plz.

Hello, You can do both ways. But if you take food weight for an hour then start yoga. For breathing exercises empty stomach is best option.So do breathing exercises early morning and do stretches and other poses one hr after breakfast. Hope this helps you. stay healthy stay fit.?
