it may be due to bad posture and due to neck strain ya due to shoulder strain in all condition avoid medicine do physiotherapy treatment for 15 days and check ur shoulder movement if that are uncomfortable and painful them its due to shoulder.
avoid lifting weight and with physio do stretching exercise of neck and shoulder.
avoid toward bending
You may take belladona 30 thrice a day for two days. Do not exert your self. While sleeping do not take pillow. You posture should be correct. Do not sit for a long time before computer. Do exercise with the consultation of physiotherapy.
