Doctor sir, during summer season, although I have been taking twice bath, I am getting ring worm on the male part of underneath waist. Could you please suggest what ointment I have to use which is available in nagercoil. When I was in chennai, I have been used" ringsolin, a powerful liquid. Any other remedy is there. When I am going to public place, I am really hesitate to touch there. As such, how to avoid the scratching every time. Is there any permanent remedy or tablets or ointment whatever it may. Could you please suggest I will be grateful to you for ever. Thanking you & looking forward to receive your earliest advice.

Apply surfaz sn ointment daily at night for one month. Use candid powder daily after bath for one month, it will help you.

First of all do not try to treat such issues by self medication. You will land up having resistant fungal infection which is even difficult for us dermatologist also to treat. Visit a dermatologist nearby for proper assessment and treatment if you wand permanent solution.

Hello, ringworm is caused by a fungus that grows on the skin. Once the fungus is established, it spreads out in rings. The centre of the ring may clear up, while a new ring of infection develops at the edge of the old ring. Fungi are microscopic organisms that can live off the dead tissues of your skin, hair, and nails, much like a mushroom can grow on the bark of a tree. Medication: take schwabe's tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2 weeks. Management: good personal hygiene helps prevent the spread of ringworm. Teach your child to practice good hygiene and generally not to share combs, brushes, or hats. Children also shouldn't share towels, clothes, or sports equipment that haven't been properly cleaned. Avoid wearing any wet clothes, prefer cotton clothes, keep the area dry and clean. Never use others towels or clothes as well as don't share yours with others.

Ringworm is a contagious itching skin disease occurring in small circular patches, caused by any of a number of fungi. Take a single dose of tuberculinum 200ch, 5 drops, from the next day take tellurium 30, 5 drops once daily. Apply topi azadirachta ointment. Revert after 7 days.
