I am 35 years old woman. I am suffering from anxiety from the last two years. I am diagnosed by general physician and taking anti depressants and anti anxiety medication. Now I am better. Is there any advice for me.

Though your general physician might have got the symptoms under control. Anxiety and depression are under the speciality of psychiatry. They more trained and have the expertise to manage the medications on a longer run, with better symptom control and without harm, for example drugs like alprazolam, clonazepam are avoided by psychiatrists on longer run, because they can produce cognitive deficits, personality changes, etc. I suggest you also get a psychiatrist opinion to make sure the medications prescribed are adequate and appropriate.
