Viral infections are caused by Virii and the fever is acute sudden high rise which generally tapers down in 3 to 4 days if no complications or secondary bacterial infection follows. Typhoid, also known as Enteric Fever or ???? ???? is a bacterial infection of intestinal tract initially which may spread in blood and other parts of the body. The fever rises to high level when ulcers in the intestinal tract are formed intermittently and then comes down but not to normal. This continues if proper treatment is not started in time. The ulcers may perforate through the intestinal wall causing serious threat to the life.
