I am a 38 years old male having sedentary work style. I am a vegetarian. I do not smoke and drink. I have inflammatory feeling in my upper stomach. Sometimes it spreads to lower back pain as well. The feeling stays for some days and then goes. It is recurring in nature. It is not stomach pain but feeling of inflammation only in upper stomach. Sometimes have a feeling of bloated stomach. Please advise.

its due to hyperacidity. as you have sedatory work, you need to have morning/evening walk or practice of yoga to make your digestive system to function properly. take atleast 2.5 to 3 litres of water spread out throughout the day. avoid tea/coffee on empty stomach. have plenty of raw vegetables along with your food. if you are constipated, get it treated. give a gap of 2 hours between dinner and sleep. go to bed early i.e., around 9.30-10pm. if you practive all these then the acidity will come down and you will have comfortable day

Please start 1). Avipattikar chooran 1 tsp + 2). Kamadudha rasa 1/4 gm + 3). Sootshekhar rasa 1/4 gm = mix and take 1/2 an hr before meals thrice a day with water. 4. kindly take sutshekhar rasa, 1 tabs, twice a day after meals with simple water. Stop taking curd, cold water, fried food, cold eatables in your diet. Take small meals and liquid diet like daliya, khichdi in your routine. Make sure your dont eat after, 7 pm. And avoid full stomach meals. good luck
