My thyroid levels have gone down from 4.02 to 0.99, and so am losing lots of hair that my scalp can be seen on the front. Recently I had had a fall and hence underwent surgery . But later developed complications as I was diagnosed with chronic osteomyelitis and hence had to undergo a surgery again for debridement. After that I was on antibiotics for 6 weeks . It's after the six week course of antibiotics ended that I started losing hair profusely. I had been on 37.5 mg of thyroxine. So did a check on my thyroid levels. And saw that my TSH which was 4.02 in April 2016 had reduced to 0.99 in June 2016. Kindly help.
