Hi doctor, my highest weight was 165 kgs and have worked hard from 1 year and have now reached 115 kgs, but have got more skin and not able to reduce further and also not able to workout properly due to loose tummy and thigh skin, so is liposuction and tummy tuck recommended for me if I still continue to workout and maintain healthy lifestyle even after the treatment, my age is 33.

Now you should start with protein rich diet pattern to sustain healthy and firm skin. You can also go for constitution check first and than opt the best diet for you. You need to reduce more but better will be to get your temperament level check first and on that basis only reduce more fat. That reduction will be healthy with muscles strengthening.
