I want to know precautions steps for avoiding cardiac arrest or heart attack. I use to smoke once a day but will stop now. My weight is 94 and age is 27. I am worried about heart condition . Please suggest.

It is good that you have resolved to quit smoking. Reduce your weight preferably by 15 kg. Exercise regularly and walk briskly for about 5 kilometers daily. It is good for heart. Avoid fatty diet specially animal fats.
