I am 27 years old male, vegetarian, software employee. I weight around 62 kg. I feel I am under weight and trying to add some 10 kgs more to my weight. I do regular exercise. And I am healthy. I am looking at some of the energy powders like endura mass and protinex. Should I go that way or any other alternative? Please suggest.
