I am a 22 year old female and for the past 10 days I am having this pain in the lower abdomen and hip along with slight irritation in the vagina and frequent urge to urinate and if I don't urinate within an hour the pain increases. It's not the time of my periods either because my last date was on 16th september and I have 30 days cycle. I have done urine culture but everything was negative and no sign of any infection. But for the past 3 days this pain has increased a bit and there is a lot of white discharge. Is this something serious?
