You don't need any drink to stay afloat. Drink 3 litres of water every day, eat a square meal. Sleep early before 9.30 p. Sleep for 8 hours min. You may take B complex tablets in addition or alternately eat 200 g of fruits and 250 g of green vegetables daily.

A lot depends on how many hours you are already sleeping. Please remember that 7 hours of sleep is needed to retain good memory of what you have read. Despite that if you are feeling excessively sleepy, get a serum TSH level done. Also, make sure you sleep and wake up daily at reasonably fixed times. If the TSH levels are normal, certain medicines can be suggested to keep you awake for longer duration. Certain kinds of depression are associated with excessive sleep.
