I want to gain weight at few years age I had taken weight gain supplemt which is not ayurvedic and have steriods in it. Due to which I have hormonal imbalance and have lots of acne and facial hairs on my face. I have heard about nutrigain is natural product but I am afraid because I think it too had steroids which will causes acne. I just want to know that should I try this or not or is it safe or not and please don't suggest me any diet just tell me is it worth to try or not?
