No. Bile released by the liver and gallbladder are the one which helps in the breaking down of fat in the body so that it can be easily absorbed and assimilated by the body. In typhoid, the liver is already under stress. If you will consume alcohol, that will lead to increase fat in the body which will put additional pressure on the liver. This can in worse cases lead to Jaundice and further complications.
