I have more pimples how can I get rid of them. And also can I eat non veg in this situation. I use on my face Himalayan aloe Vera and cucumber face wash and garner white complete cream. Should I changed the things that I use my face. I am 20 years old.

Hello, most common chronic skin disease, almost in all age group due to wrong food habit, excess starch, sugar n fatty acid, chronic constipation, and menstrual problem in female are some of the causes behind pimples. Diet: fresh fruits & juice, fresh steamed vegetable n soup, salad butter milk or cured in very useful for fast result. Home remedy: 1 a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply 2 pounded orange and lemon peel apply on affected area angel gloss cream apply locally 3 times a day tab neem 2 tab twice a day stay healthy- naturally.

Hello, pimples are the out come of stress, anxiety, insomnia, causing due to irregular life style. - tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, regulate metabolism and to moisten your skin & muscle. - tk, protein rich diet on time. - tk, apples, carrots, cheese, banana, papaya, spinach, almonds, walnuts, pumpkins, regularly. - maintain personal hygiene, locally. Tk, homoeo medicines which are gentle, rapid in action with no adverse effect, thereof. @ berb acquaq -10 drops, thrice a day with little water. @ echineceaq - 20'drops, with 20 drops of water, apply locally, twice. Avoid, caffeine, nicotine, junkfood, alcohol, conteminated water. Pizza, burger, non-veg. Wear full covering clothes to safeguard from sun tenning, dust, pollution. Tk care.
