So I'm trying to figure out if I should lose weight or now. I'm 19, 5'7 and weigh 213 lbs. I recently went to the doctor and a report I saw said normal triglyceride levels are 0-89 for my age, and my triglyceride level was 155. Should I be worried, and am I overweight?

Yes, you are overweight. Your bmi is around 33. Your target weight loss should be around 25 kg. You'll achieve this through exercise and diet control.
