In april last my weight was 78 kg. After long hard workout, Cardio and healthy diet I reduce my weight till 10 kg. Now I am 68 kg. My problem is that if I fellow workout and healthy diet then ok. But As soon as any day eat some unhealthy food . So my weight from one to two kilos suddenly rises. If this continues, then 3 to 4 days to 2 to 3 kg rises. So my question is why weight rise suddenly and reduce slowly by hard workout and diet. I have no thyroid problem. Please tell me. Why this happened.

Unfortunately that's the horrible part of weih5 gain. Its specially true when you gain fat. Fat has slow metabolism and needs a lot of hard work to shed. It's best to avoid deep fried, fast food, highly salty proessed/packaged sugary food.
